Where It Began
What started as a love for sourdough quickly grew into something more. Through my baking business, I saw how naturally coffee and fresh, handmade treats bring people together, simple things, done well, that create small moments people look forward to.
But this coffee truck is about more than just what we serve.

More Than Coffee
As parents to children with disabilities, our life doesn’t always follow an easy or predictable path. There are challenges we didn’t choose—but we’ve learned not to build our lives around those limitations. Instead, we’ve chosen to keep moving forward, to grow, and to create something meaningful in the middle of it all.
This business is part of that choice.
We wanted our kids to see that having a dream isn’t something reserved for “someday” or for easier circumstances. It’s something you pursue anyway—with effort, with faith, and with a willingness to keep going.
So this truck represents a few things to us:
hard work, resilience, and the belief that you can build something beautiful—even when life is complicated.
